What happens during the $60 trial?
Your student meets one-on-one with the tutor you choose for a live, 30-minute session. They can talk through goals and test dates, ask questions, and start working on a priority area.
What can my student work on during SAT/ACT prep?
Sessions can focus on SAT or ACT sections, specific skills, difficult concepts, or questions your student brings. Because every session is private, the tutor can spend the time where your student needs it.
How do packages and additional hours work?
Packages contain live, one-on-one tutoring hours rather than recorded content. Choose the amount of time that fits your goals, then top up in half-hour increments after your first package. Purchased hours never expire.
Can I choose my student's tutor?
Yes. Browse tutor profiles, specialties, reviews, and availability before choosing who you want your student to work with.
How does scheduling work?
Each tutor publishes their available times. Pick a session length and a time that works for your student's schedule.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts and the hours return to your balance right away — book a new time whenever you like. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start are treated as late and may not be credited back, though you can submit one for review.
